Marrakech, Morocco

Hey everybody,

I know I haven’t been updating my blog for quite a while now. The only reason is that, I’m running out of ideas what to put on the blog. Sounds silly doesn’t it? Although there are so many things to blog but sometimes I’m just stuck. I promised to blog at least once a week but that didn’t happen till now. I’m really sorry about that.

By the way, I’m glad I finally manage to finish the video. It didn’t take me too long to get it done (if I give full concentration on it). It’s just a matter of you want to do it or not that’s all. Sometimes I’m just thankful for things that happen to me even though it may sound ridiculous. For example, the internet connection was down last night. It was okay when I got home from work but it got disconnected an hour later if not mistaken. So, I was like… damn!

I didn’t even bother to go and check if there was something wrong with the router because obviously I could see the two little computers at the bottom right by the clock didn’t blink anymore. It’s got cross on it. Nevermind… perhaps it won’t take long. I said to myself. All of a sudden, I thought it might be a good idea to finish my Morocco’s video since I cannot browse the net at the moment. Then I started to compile and edit the video till I completed every single thing and ready to post it. Then I just realized… hey wait a minute. There’s no internet connection!! How the hell am I going to upload the video then??? Argh!

Okay, now I really have to find out what’s going on with the connection. So, I went to check the bloody router… and it was so unbelieveable what I just found out. It was switched off!! Does it mean I merely have to press the on/off button to turn it on? Hell yeah! So, the internet was up again and I got back the connection. But the good thing was, I wouldn’t have done the video if I knew what’s the problem and probably I’ve never thought of updating my blog now but because of that, I have completed the video successfully. So now you see, you should always be thankful for whatever reason.

Anyway, the trip to Morocco was absolutely amazing. I enjoyed it very much. If I have got time, I would probably post some photos from Morocco as well. In the meantime, I hope you enjoy watching the video and thanks very much for tuning in.

September 8, 2008 - 11:11 pm Faris - Oh yes you're absolutely right Anna. It is Leica lens! Even my friends were amazed with the video quality when I showed it to them back in KB last week. You probably right, it may be the Leica lens that produces such excellent quality. I always enjoy making videos although I don't know much about it in terms of editing. However, I learn by looking at other's works and apply to mine. Thanks very much for the compliments Anna. You're too kind. I just don't think I deserve that much especially when you say I got skills, videogenic and should host my own travel show!!! Hahaha. But I feel great when someone like you mention it at least I know someone appreciates my work ;-) Thanks again Anna! Cheers.

September 8, 2008 - 8:47 pm Anna - Who seriously Lumix digicam je? Wow, must be the Leica lens!! My hubby mati-mati ingat those HD cams yang gedabak tuh. You know you should, since you have the oppurtunity to travel, you definitely should. I mean of course there's your camera, but video is a different side to it. Anyways, you got skills. Great selection of songs to go with btw. And you are very video-genic. Maybe you should host your own travel show. Honest opinion here.

September 3, 2008 - 9:34 pm Faris - Thanks very much Anna. I will not stop making videos, I promise haha. Eh, takde ker? Lah nasib baik u cakap. I mati-mati ingat dah add. Jangan sedih, nanti I add k hehe. Anyway, I kat KB la ni cuti 2 minggu tapi sabtu ni dah nak balik dah. I use Lumix digicam jer but kinda like the video quality although I'm thinking to invest in HD at the moment! Hahaha. Saje je buat suke-suke time gi travel. Morocco memang best. Thanks for dropping a comment Anna. Hope you enjoy your stay! ;-)
