What a Bokeh!

So yesterday I brought my camera to work. I am still not satisfied with the photos I have taken with my brand new 85mm f/1.8. Everytime I take photos using this lense, download to my PC, it always turns out the subject is out of focus. I wondered why did this happen. Then I realized, probably the lense was very sensitive when I set the aperture to f/1.8 because what happened was, when I aimed the camera to the subject, pressing the shutter half way then recomposed by moving the camera slightly to the left or right, it misread the previous selected focus area to somewhere else.

So therefore, I did the experiments by framing or putting the subject where I wanted it to be first, then I moved the focus point to the area where I wanted it to be, locked the focused area by pressing the shutter half way and snapped! With this method, the sharpness in the photo will remain on the selected area. Also, I am so amazed with the bokeh produced by this smashing lense. Just look at how the subjects stand out very clearly of the photos. I’m loving it.

Thanks very much for viewing people.
