Had a good fun last Sunday shooting this beautiful family of Hakim, Azra and their son Umair. I must say the little guy was really tough. He could last for almost 2 hours without complaining. Thank you guys for the wonderful session.

I think my love-hate relationship with Contax 645 is getting better and better. My first 10 rolls were horrible. 80% of my photographs were out of focus. Probably not used to manual focus and lack of ability to judge which part is in or out of focus but like the say, practice makes perfect. The more you shoot, the better you become.
Basically, there’s no way you can become better than yesterday but to constantly go out and shoot. That way you will gain the ability to understand your camera better, composition, exposure and many other things. So, don’t just sit and wait for the photographs to amaze you. Go create one!
My sister and her husband Amin were in the neighbourhood last weekend and I thought why not a couple of shots since they both were nicely dressed.

Last weekend I was in Bukit Damansara shooting a birthday party. It’s been a while since my last collaboration with Party Popperz. Personally, I think they are one of the best party planners. Amazing decor, artwork and superb teamwork.
As for me, I always enjoy shooting kids birthday party. I guess having a daughter helps a lot too. Kids always move around and they never sit still. You’ve got to grab their attention then only they stop. It’s enjoyable I must say.
